WP 6 – European Road Safety Information System

Problem to be tackled

In Europe there is a lack of dissemination of Road Safety knowledge.

Main goal

Building a web site, that brings all relevant road safety information to the users desks.

Main method

With the help of an editorial group, a writers group and user group testing, we transform SafetyNet results into easily accessible information for all road safety professionals.

Important subjects

The web site consists of a database, a knowledge base and a general services part (link list, search engine etc). There will also be specific info on countries and measures.

Current status

We have delivered a prototype web site. We are currently expanding it with additional information and assets.
